AI Dance Trends: the viral TikTok dances, explained

AI dance trends are short TikTok dances people recreate from a photo instead of filming the routine. This page lists the ones that are viral right now — origin, song, moves second by second — and links each Rapsona template so you can order an 8–13s vertical video with trend-matched audio from $5.99.

Dog Dance Crew

Also searched as AI dog dancing, dancing dog AI video, put a ring on it dog AI, Single Ladies dog dance, dogs dancing in sync.

The Dog Dance Crew is an AI pet video that appeared on TikTok on 25 October 2026: four dogs in a row on a glossy dark stage bow, bob and head-whip in sync to the TikTok edit of “Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It)” by Beyoncé. It grew out of the Single Ladies dog dance of early October, and people put their own dog in the lead spot from one photo.

The crew clip is new (25 Oct 2026); early sound use was still low by 27 October — this page covers the four-dog lineup and how to put your pet in the lead from one photo.

Hop Hop Hop Trend

Also searched as gabi trend, hop hop hop dance, hop hop hop swap, Her Boyfriend dance, hoppa hoppa hop trend.

The Hop Hop Hop trend, also called the gabi trend, is a TikTok duo dance to the Russian song “Её парень” (Her Boyfriend) by Shluzov: one person stands close to the camera and points back over their shoulder while a friend hops on the beat far behind, then a hard cut on the beat swaps their places. It spread from cosplay creators from 18 October 2026 and AI two-photo versions followed within a week.

The sound passed 100,000 TikTok videos by 29 October 2026 — still early for long-form explainers, which is why this page exists.

Bad Times Trend

Also searched as Bad Times dance, Bad Times dog trend, Bad Times cat, Bad Times TikTok, angry dance trend.

The Bad Times trend is a TikTok routine to “BAD TIMES” by Imael Angel: standing in a bright kitchen, you act out a furious argument with whoever is filming, clutching your head, posing hand on hip, pushing “stop” palms, then striding up to the lens to point and yell. A French creator started it on 20 August 2026; by late September, one-photo AI videos of dogs and cats doing it were the most shared form.

Pet and couple remakes are still circulating, and the song remains on the UK chart — the kitchen argument format is still worth posting this week.

Toc Toc Dance

Also searched as Jean Phil dance, Kicékéla dance, Toc Toc trend, danse Toc Toc, Toc Toc TikTok.

The Toc Toc dance is a TikTok routine to “Toc Toc”, a 2015 party song by French entertainer Patrick Sébastien: hop on one foot, knock on an invisible door on the chorus, skip across the room, finish arms wide, never smile. A French high-school student started it in late August 2026; in October, AI versions in a blond wig and vintage suit, nicknamed the Jean Phil dance, took it worldwide.

Still worth posting, but the French original has peaked; the AI and pet versions are what still travel.

Every trend here has its own template: pick one, add a photo and get a vertical 720p MP4 set to the trend’s song, 8 to 13 seconds long, plus a silent copy. No clip to film, no song to upload. One video costs $5.99. Want a dance with its own original music instead of a trend? Use the AI dance video generator. Not sure about the photo? Use the free photo checker first.

FAQ

Questions about AI dance trends

How often is this page updated?

Twice a week we scan TikTok, Google Trends and the big AI video sites for new dance formats, and once a week we refresh the heat and status of every trend listed here. Each trend page shows its own last-updated date and a changelog.

Do the videos use the original songs?

Yes — downloads include trend-matched audio so you can preview and post with sound. For TikTok view counts under the official trend sound, use the silent MP4 and attach that sound in TikTok.

How long does a video take, and what does it cost?

Generation takes 5 to 25 minutes: it varies with the length of the video, and your photo gets detailed processing first. One video costs $5.99. Length depends on the trend (8 to 13 seconds). Every trend page shows its example first.

Do I have to wait on the page while it generates?

No. Once it starts, the video keeps generating on our servers, so you can close the page. Come back later and open Account, under Your videos, to watch and download it.

What happens to a trend after it dies down?

The page stays. Its status changes to “Past peak” so you know the window has closed, and it points you to whatever is trending now.

Can I make these with a photo of my dog or cat?

Some trends have a pet version, marked on the trend page. Pet templates take one clear photo of the animal; human templates need a photo of an adult who agreed to appear.
